Local Partners

YFC reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement. In my role as Executive Director, I provide vision for our team to keep lost teens at the center of our mission and work to raise the needed support through prayer, volunteerism, and finances. My desire is that our staff and volunteers feel well supported and resourced to focus on reaching lost teens with authentic Christ sharing relationships. I stay connected to the mission by serving within our Core ministry model to encourage teens to share their faith with family and friends!

Sarah Elsea and her husband Caleb live in Bluffton, Ohio. She works with elementary age boys and girls in the Greater Findlay Area. She evangelizes and disciples children and connects them with local churches for further spiritual growth. She also trains teachers and works closely with the local director in coordinating events with the ministry.

Brad and Debbie Dukes have been serving with CRU at the University of Toledo since 2004. They also served at CRU Headquarters in Orlando, FL from 2013-1014. They meet, disciple, and encourage students to know Christ personally, training students in evangelism & discipleship with a vision for taking the gospel to the whole world, no matter what career or vocation students pursue. This year the Toledo & BGSU Cru Teams are discerning a new overseas location to partner with (reaching college students there also), and hope to have a finalized location by January, 2023.

Steve & Barb Scott established On Target Outfitters in 2008 in Canfield, Ohio and have now also started a chapter in Findlay. On Target reaches young people for Christ through outdoor sports, camps, leagues, and a variety of family programs.
