Children’s Ministries

of the Children's Ministry at Ebenezer is for children to know God, love God and live for God. We strive to do these things by teaching them the Bible, worshiping through music and prayer, leading by example, listening to them, allowing them to respond and supporting their families as they raise them to be Christ followers.

Wednesday Night Kids JAM

Wednesday Night KidJAM is a program centered on kids 3 years old - 5th grade. During this time kids will sing, play games and spend time learning applicable Bible lessons alongside their peers.

Sunday School & Children’s Church

Sunday School is offered for any child 2 years old -5th grade. On Sunday mornings each child will attend class where they will hear God’s Word tailored to their specific age group. We use a curriculum from Lifeway called “The Gospel Project” where kids will learn about the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation and how it all points to Christ.

Children’s Church is where children 2 years old - kindergarten spend their time while their parents are attending the sermon. During this time, children will hear the same Bible story from Sunday School but presented in a different way. Oftentimes crafts and games are used to further the kids' understanding of the story.

   MOM’s Group

MOMS Group is a group that meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month. The term MOMS stands for Moms Offering Moms Support and that is exactly what we strive to do. During the meeting time we enjoy breakfast and fellowship with other moms while our children are being cared for by a team of kindhearted volunteers. The kids spend time learning Bible stories in their classes while their moms have devotional time.

Kids JAM Choir

KidsJAM Choir is offered on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm for kids 3year-5th grade. This is a space where kids get to worship the Lord through song. They will then lead worship on Sunday mornings every 1-3 months.

Special Friends

The purpose of the Special Friends Ministry at Ebenezer is to love and serve those with developmental disabilities and their families. This ministry is designed to be a fun, safe and Christ-centered space where families can be assured their loved ones are being included. In this class our one on one teachers have received training and have a passion to serve.

Special Events

Here at Ebenezer, we believe in the power of gathering together to share laughter, talk about life, and grow in faith. One of the ways we do this is through special events. Throughout the year there are many special events offered such as VBS, Family Fun Nights and service opportunities. Keep your eye out for the next exciting thing to bring the whole family to!

What to expect?

All children, nursery through 5th grade, check in on our system. Your child receives a name tag with a unique code, and you receive a tag with the same code. Your child then will go to their designated classroom where they can be picked up at the end of the programming.
